- Answers instantly, in your voice, from a playbook you edit chapter by chapter.
- Quotes from your catalog — products, variants, stock and prices you configured, not invented ones.
- Takes payment receipts (Yape, Plin, bank transfer), reads them, and leaves them pre-filled for a person to approve. Nothing is confirmed on its own.
- Hands over to your team when the conversation goes beyond what it knows, with a reason.
- Records every sale with its order and its shipment, and measures what actually converted.
